ASUG Lounge
The ASUG Lounge will be one of the networking hotspots of the 2010 ASUG Annual Conference and SAPPHIRE NOW.
Check out some of the 43 community meetings scheduled in the ASUG Lounge. Along with 31 SIG and Chapter meetings, the schedule also includes exciting SAP BusinessObjects-related meetings and ASUG Influence, Membership, and Benchmarking and Best Practices programming. In addition, SAP will host meetings around Upgrades and 2010 SAP Innovations. With such a dynamic line-up of community meetings, the ASUG Lounge promises to be a bustling environment full of networking and educational opportunities.
The new Broadcast Centers in the ASUG Lounge will provide interactive sessions throughout the conference. Join one of the many Live Expert Sessions in Broadcast Center #1 on topics that will help you in your daily work. Or, learn more about the sustainability benchmarking initiative, ASUG Marketplace, SAP Ramp-Up, and several other topics relevant to your work in Broadcast Center #2.

Photo and Video Sessions
ASUG will host member photo shoots and video testimonial sessions on site at ASUG Annual Conference. Take a break from the hustle of the show floor and have a little fun too. Member photos are used on asug.com, in print pieces, and on signage at ASUG events.
Our video testimonial sessions are relaxed and fun. Tell us why ASUG is important to you. Your video may be used on our new YouTube channel, ASUGtv. Appointments will be available Monday - Wednesday, or feel free to drop in.

The adage that "Membership has its rewards" will be demonstrated in this 60-minute session dedicated to your success. Join ASUG CEO, Bridgette Chambers, President of SAP North America, Rob Enslin, and 2010 ASUG Impact Award winners Comcast, Eastman Chemical, Northern Kentucky University, and Summit Electric Supply to learn how they are leveraging SAP technology and their ASUG membership to drive transformation within their organizations.

Michael Doane Book Signing
Michael Doane, author of the celebrated The New SAP Blue Book, a Concise Business Guide to the World of SAP and The SAP Green Book, Thrive After Go-Live, will be signing copies of his books on Monday, May 17, 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the ASUG Bookstore at the entrance to the show floor.

Airport Conference Check-in - Orlando International Airport (MCO) - Offered Again in 2010!
Located on Baggage Claim Level 2, on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal during the hours following below. Staff will be at the bottom of the escalators in green shirts to point you in the right direction.
Saturday, May 15, Noon - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 16, 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Please note: Special payment inquires and onsite registrations will be directed to Main Registration.
Main Registration
Main Registration will be available at the Orange County Convention Center - West Concourse, Level 1, for those who miss us at the airport or need special assistance with their registration or payment. The hours are as follows:
Saturday, May 15, Noon - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 16, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Monday, May 17, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 18, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 19, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Be sure to bring government-issued photo identification with you to registration. If you do not have photo identification with you, you will not receive your event badge.

We recommend you bring the following items with you to Orlando:

- Business cards
- Sweater or jacket – room temperatures are set for maximum capacity
- Water bottle – water will be available on site for easy refills
