Description

Join ASUG and SAP in discussing the new SAP 2010 Support Model. This Webcast will provide you with detailed information about the Tiered Support model options. Understand the differences between SAP Standard Support, SAP Enterprise Support as well as supplemental offerings such as SAP MaxAttention and SAP Safeguarding.

All customers will have to notify their Account Executive of their Support Model choice by March 15, 2010. This webcast is open to all SAP customers within the US and Canada regardless of ASUG membership.

This Webcast will provide participants with:

- A comprehensive understanding of the SAP Tiered Support Model and the differences between each offering.
- Support business requirements - Customer feedback on Support needs and how the SAP Support Model accomplishes this
- Support Deliverables for each tier
- The pricing models for the various Tiers
