ASUG CIS/CRM Best Practice Influence Council Launch Webcast

Description

The purpose of the CIS/CRM Best Practice Influence Council is to offer a community forum to provide input to SAP on the best practices associated with CIS and CRM. In particular, Council members may participate in sharing ideas and giving feedback on tools and processes that can minimize the learning curve and expedite the value maximization of their investment in CIS.

Discussion may include internal and external expectations and metrics from pre go live to post go live. With so many new SAP customers adding CRM to their existing suites, migration to the new version of CRM, or doing new CIS implementations, together we can all help each other and all future ASUG members.
