Nenshad Bardoliwalla is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and product definition of Performance Management products at SAP. In his role as visionary, Bardoliwalla developed the positioning of SAP’s business intelligence, analytic applications, and performance management products into the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of products for providing business insight in the context of core business processes. In his role as strategist, he was the architect behind SAP’s dramatic investment in the performance management space, leading to the strategic acquisitions of Pilot Software and OutlookSoft and global reseller agreement with Acorn Systems.
^Bardoliwalla began his career in Business Analytics at Siebel Systems, Inc., where he was responsible for building the company's first analytic application for customer service using Business Objects and led the company's internal deployment of Siebel Analytics immediately after Siebel's acquisition of nQuire. He spent two years as the premier customer-facing expert on Siebel Analytics as a member of Expert Services, and was the first-call resource of Siebel’s executive team for assisting strategic customers like Cisco, Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, and HP. In his last role at Siebel, he led the platform product management team for Siebel Analytics and oversaw the release of Siebel Analytics 7.8, by which point Siebel Analytics was both the fastest growing and second largest product line at Siebel.

After his stint at Siebel, Bardoliwalla was Senior Manager on Hyperion Solutions' Product Strategy team. In this role, he was responsible for the Product Marketing of the Business Intelligence components of Hyperion System 9, the company's most successful product launch in its history. He was also a key architect of Hyperion's next-generation Business Performance Management Strategy that contributed to Hyperion’s move into the Leader’s position of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Corporate Performance Management Suites.
