Please join the ASUG Integration Technologies and E-Business SIG for the XI/PI Implementation Strategy Webcast.

This is the fourth of a five part SAP XI / PI Webcast Series hosted by the Integration Technologies and E-Business SIG in conjunction with the Business Integration, Technology & Infrastructure (BITI) Community. Webcasts in this series will be held every Wednesday in the month of March and the first week of April. Please check the ASUG Community Calendar for the most updated listings.

Many of the SAP Customers considering XI/PI as Integration and SOA enabling Platform will need best practices and proven implementation strategy. This Webcast will focus on those key aspects such as: Planning the NetWeaver Landscape, Development Accelerators and 3rd party adapters/tools, Leveraging SAP provided XI/PI Content along with Industry Standards, Migration from existing Middleware, Required skills, and Team Composition. LSI Logic will cover some of these topics based on their experience on XI/PI implementation together with Intelligroup.

Liladhar Bagad, Intelligroup

Chip Harring has worked in various IT roles for 18 years. Chip has been manager over business integration technologies for the past five years and has recently been manager of SAP PI, BI, and EP technology areas for LSI. Chip holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Liladhar Bagad is an Enterprise Architect, currently heading the Enterprise SOA initiative at Intelligroup. His experience summary encompasses People, Process, and Data Integration with many Fortune 500 companies over the past 10 years. Most recently he has been involved in the service enabling of key business processes such as 4PL Integration, Order-to-Cash, WMS, RFID, Supplier Collaboration (ICH/SNC), Distributor Collaboration (CIDX-CUPS), and Transportation Management. He is an active member of Enterprise Services Community and has deep interests in enterprise service-oriented architecture.
