SAP Solution Manager supports the SAP’s end-to-end standards by providing an overall platform that includes functionality for standard support processes and tasks. In the past year, SAP Solution Manager Work Centers became available. These role-specific Work Centers bundle items like workflows, Web-based inboxes, and launch pads into easy, standardized user interfaces. The Work Centers in SAP Solution Manager help customers to efficiently manage their SAP solutions according to SAP’s Run SAP methodology. This session will examine the Work Centers now available with SAP Solution Manager Enhancement Package 1, and how they assist in daily SAP Solution Manager operations.

Evan Stoddard has been an employee of SAP Americas for 12 years and has been supporting the SAP Solution Manager platform since 2001. During that time he has worked with customers, partners, and SAP colleagues to improve and advance the use of the SAP Solution Manager for effective lifecycle management of SAP Solutions.
