Description

Solution documentation is no longer an option for support organizations - it is a requirement for solid application lifecycle management. In this session, we will discuss why and how you should document your SAP solution, including SAP's Enterprise Support requirements around solution documentation. We will explore different ways of documenting solutions, and identify best practices for keeping solution documentation up-to-date through the lifecycle.
