This Webcast series is to help members understand their options in the new SAP Tiered Support Model, ASUG is launching the AGENT Series -- a comprehensive education and influence program, with a Webcast series beginning in February. The Webcasts are intended to help customers learn more about their options and meet their Support Model choice deadline of March 15, 2010.

The Webcast will assess business requirements and what to consider for your company when evaluating the Tiered Support Model. Participants will gather resources to guide you in your decision-making, including where to find information within www.asug.com and the SAP Service Marketplace.
