Thomas DiAntonio, Director, Active Global Support for SAP North America
Tom DiAntonio has been in the IT industry for 15 years and has been with SAP's Active Global Support organization for the past 10 years. He has held a variety of roles within the organization ranging from service delivery to regional support management, along with business development for SAP's MaxAttention program. Throughout his time within Active Global Support, he has frequently spoken on SAP's support and maintenance offerings. Tom holds a bachelor's degree from West Chester University and a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Chris Lewis, Director, Active Global Support for SAP North America
Chris Lewis has over 14 years SAP experience and has worked in several different roles within the SAP Active Global Support organization, most recently as part of the Enterprise Support Customer Advisory Council. With his extensive knowledge of customer challenges and pain points, Chris has been helping organizations to plan their SAP support engagements and application lifecycle management strategy.
