Throughout his time within Active Global Support, he has frequently spoken on SAP's support and maintenance offerings. Tom holds a bachelor's degree from West Chester University and a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. John Krakowski, SAP Senior Product Manager, Application Lifecycle Management for SAP North America John Krakowski, Jr. is one of SAP’s key in-the-trenches experts, currently specializing in all business operational capabilities and methodologies concerning application lifecycle management and the SAP Solution Manager platform. In total, John has over 25 years experience in the software industry including technical administration with an SAP customer and the U.S. military.
