Join the Manufacturing SIG Community for the upcoming Webcast, “Integrating The Lean Shop Floor with MES.”
In this Webcast Steve Linton, Business Systems Analyst and Six Sigma Black Belt with E-Z-GO, will share how E-Z-GO delivered their innovative golf car to the market with high efficiency by integrating an SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) solution and other software with tested manufacturing processes. The session will also discuss how E-Z-GO improved their existing assembly process for use with the new vehicle via real-time factory floor information, a paperless environment, and other process enhancements.

Speaker:
Steve Linton, Business Systems Analyst, Six Sigma Black Belt, E-Z-GO (division of Textron)
Speaker Bio:
Steve joined E-Z-GO in 2007 and works as a business systems analyst and Six Sigma Black Belt within IT. Mr. Linton has worked in various IT roles; supporting manufacturing and distribution environments for more than 15 years. Mr. Linton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Armstrong Atlantic State University and an MBA from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He has also obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, and an APICS-Certified Supply Chain Professional.
