Step 1: Enter your ASUG.com Username (Your ASUG.com Username is your corporate email address).

Step 2: Click Send Password.  We'll email the password associated with that account to the email address we have on file.

Step 3: Check your email. If the e-mail address on file is correct, you will receive an e-mail from us with your password. If you don't receive this e-mail, please check your junk mail folder or contact Customer Service for further assistance.
