What is the cost of a subscription?

Subscriptions to EDGE are annual-based and expire December 31 of the purchasing year.*Subscriptions are at the company level, meaning once an organization has purchased a subscription all employees have access to the tool at no additional cost. The pricing for annual subscriptions are as follows:
- ASUG Installation Members (SAP customers): $995.00
- ASUG Associate Members (SAP solution providers): $995.00
- Non-member SAP customers: $1,495.00
- Non-member SAP solution providers: free 30-day limited trial available (membership required for annual subscription)
*Exception: All 2008 subscribers will receive access through December 31, 2009.

My company has a complimentary beta subscription. When will this expire?

Beta version subscribers will retain access to ASUG EDGE through July 31, 2008. To continue your subscription, complete the invoice sent via mail and return by July 31, 2008. If you did not receive an invoice, please contact ASUG Headquarters at edge@asug.com or 312.321.5142. |

Who can subscribe to the product?

All SAP customers, regardless of ASUG membership status, can subscribe to the ASUG EDGE. SAP solution providers can only subscribe to EDGE if they hold an ASUG Associate Membership. Non-member solution providers can request a 30-day free trial of the product, but will need to join ASUG at the end of the 30-day period if they wish to subscribe. |

What access rights will I receive with my subscription?

SAP customer subscribers (including ASUG Installation Member and non-members) have access to all EDGE features (Search, View Company Profiles, Read Reviews, Contact Review Submitters, Submit Reviews).
SAP solution provider subscribers who are ASUG Associate Members may search, view company profiles, and read reviews, but cannot submit reviews or contact review submitters.
Non-member SAP solution providers who sign up for the 30-day limited trial subscription can view their own company profile and read reviews associated with their own company, but cannot view profiles or read reviews for other companies listed in EDGE.

How can I check to see if my company has a subscription?

If you are an ASUG member, log-in with your asug.com username and password to see if your company has a current subscription.
If you are not an ASUG member, on the EDGE home page, select Begin Subscription Process and search for your company on the subscription page. If your organization holds a subscription, you will be prompted to sign up for a username and password to begin accessing the tool.

How can I subscribe to the product?

On the EDGE home page, select Begin Subscription Process. Complete the brief subscription form, and then mail or fax your subscription payment to ASUG Headquarters along with the invoice provided. Credit card payments are not accepted online at this point in time, but will be available at a later date. (Note: If you are an ASUG member, log in to asug.com first to expedite the process.)

How do I search for an SAP consulting firm or individual consultant?

After logging in, select Profiles & Reviews in the left-hand navigation. From there you will have the option to search the Company Reviews or Individual Reviews based on criteria you define.

How do I add a company to the EDGE?
|
| |

|
If you are a customer interested in adding a company to EDGE, select Submit a Review. In this screen you will be able to search all companies currently listed to ensure the company you would like to add is not already listed. If the company is not listed, select Add Company and complete a brief company profile.
If you are a services provider and hold ASUG Associate Membership, your organization should automatically be listed in EDGE. If you do not see your company listed in EDGE, contact ASUG Headquarters at edge@asug.com or 312.321.5142 for assistance.
If you are a services provider, but do not hold an ASUG Associate Membership, sign up for the 30-day limited trial and a company listing will be created for your organization based on the company information you provide in your subscription form.

How do I review a company in the EDGE?

Select Submit a Review and search for the company you would like to review. If the
company is not listed, select Add a New Company to add a listing for this organization
to the Edge. |

How do I review an individual consultant?

You must first or simultaneously review the individual’s company before reviewing individual team members. After completing a review for the company you will have
the opportunity to list individual team members and select to submit reviews for
these individuals.

I do not see my company or individual review posted; when will it be viewable?

Company and individual consultant reviews need to be reviewed and approved by ASUG Headquarters before they are added to the EDGE. You will receive an e-mail within three business days of your submission letting you know if your company/individual review is approved or if it requires editing prior to posting.

Will my name be posted with my review?

No, all reviewers will remain anonymous. Only ASUG Headquarters will have visibility to who has submitted a given review. At no time will you be identified with a review you have submitted.

After reading a review, I am interested in hearing more about the individual’s experience with a particular firm or individual consultant, may I contact the reviewer?

Yes, While reviews are submitted anonymously, reviewers may be contacted to further discuss their experience, if they accept your invitation. To contact a reviewer, click Request Contact with this Reviewer, and send a message to ASUG Headquarters asking to contact the reviewer. ASUG Headquarters will contact the reviewer and ask for their permission to release contact information to you so you may further discuss their experience.
