EDGE Terms of Use Agreement

ASUG EDGE is a service provider directory and peer-review service that allows subscribers to search for professionals specializing in SAP services and provide ratings and reviews of those services professionals. The services offered by ASUG Services, LLC ("ASUG Services" or "we") include the ASUG EDGE Web site, ASUG EDGE rating system, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by ASUG EDGE in connection with the site.

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of ASUG EDGE. By using ASUG EDGE, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "User" refers to a subscriber. You are only authorized to use ASUG EDGE (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave ASUG EDGE and discontinue use of the Network immediately. If you wish to become a subscriber and make use of ASUG EDGE site, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the Registration process.

This Agreement includes ASUG EDGE’s policy for acceptable use of ASUG EDGE and content posted, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of ASUG EDGE and ASUG EDGE’s Privacy Policy. The ASUG Services, LLC may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by ASUG Services, LLC on the ASUG EDGE Web site. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the site after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
