All Benchmarking and Best Practices survey participants receive an ASUG and SAP Benchmarking and Best Practices report for each completed survey they submit. The report provides highlights of key findings and detailed results in surveys such as Business Intelligence and Analytics, Value Management, and Best-Run IT. The level of participation ensures that participant reports provide valuable insights around best in class KPIs and best practice adoption.
As the Benchmarking and Best Practices program extends to our SAP BusinessObjects members, survey results across several of our established surveys are available using the SAP BusinessObjects OnDemand tool. This allows those who have already participated in a Benchmarking study to manipulate their results in real time by posing value scenarios.
