Broward Schools in Flori­da made the move to SAP Suite on HANA dur­ing the sum­mer of 2019. Hear how and why the orga­ni­za­tion made the deci­sion to move to HANA, and how they suc­cess­ful­ly imple­ment­ed SAP Suite on HANA. They will also dis­cuss what pit­falls to avoid, and how to best pre­pare for the move.  Please come pre­pared with your own ques­tions to ask, as they will share their insight. We want to attract K‑12 orga­ni­za­tions of course, but all of the pub­lic sec­tor can ben­e­fit, and real­ly any­one who is con­sid­er­ing a move to SAP Suite on HANA (either as a final HANA step or in prepa­ra­tion for a move to SAP S/4HANA). 

The for­mat for Tues­day, April 7 at 12 p.m. CT will include: 

• Brief wel­come and kick­off from ASUG 

• Rapid case study led by ASUG mem­ber Ed Hine­line, Jr., from Broward Coun­ty Pub­lic Schools 

• The dis­cus­sion will focus on: 

• How the deci­sion to move was made, how imple­men­ta­tion was achieved, what pit­falls to avoid when mov­ing, and where do we go from here 

• Shar­ing of recent wins or suc­cess­es, along with resources utilized 

Gain vis­i­bil­i­ty into the chal­lenges and suc­cess­es oth­er SAP cus­tomers are expe­ri­enc­ing, and acquire new ideas for real-world solutions.
