Transformations are hard and are expected to be more challenging post-COVID-19. Numerous studies point to cultural and behavioral change and reskilling as the keys to successful innovation efforts. Indeed, success in any change effort, technology or otherwise, depends on the way people react to or lead through transformational change. Organizations that identify and address the pervasive mindsets needed to support their transformation efforts are four times more likely to succeed in achieving cultural and behavior change than companies that overlook this stage.
