Trans­for­ma­tions are hard and are expect­ed to be more chal­leng­ing post-COVID-19. Numer­ous stud­ies point to cul­tur­al and behav­ioral change and reskilling as the keys to suc­cess­ful inno­va­tion efforts. Indeed, suc­cess in any change effort, tech­nol­o­gy or oth­er­wise, depends on the way peo­ple react to or lead through trans­for­ma­tion­al change. Orga­ni­za­tions that iden­ti­fy and address the per­va­sive mind­sets need­ed to sup­port their trans­for­ma­tion efforts are four times more like­ly to suc­ceed in achiev­ing cul­tur­al and behav­ior change than com­pa­nies that over­look this stage.
