Large-scale invest­ments are being made to bol­ster IT sys­tems and stream­line busi­ness process­es as indus­try lead­ers seek to safe­ly accel­er­ate and sim­pli­fy the deliv­ery of shut­down, turn­around, and out­age (STO) projects. In most orga­ni­za­tions, how­ev­er, years of organ­ic growth across STO process­es and the IT land­scape has result­ed in a mul­ti­tude of point solu­tions with lit­tle to no inte­gra­tion. The result, sim­ply put, is a lack of real-time vis­i­bil­i­ty and lim­it­ed capa­bil­i­ty to sup­port opti­miza­tion and innovation.
