SaskPow­er is a reg­u­lat­ed, ver­ti­cal­ly inte­grat­ed pow­er util­i­ty that serves over 500,000 cus­tomers and requires a con­sol­i­dat­ed SAP strat­e­gy to pro­vide high-qual­i­ty ser­vice. To deliv­er the expect­ed val­ue to SaskPow­er stake­hold­ers, the orga­ni­za­tion imple­ment­ed a con­sol­i­dat­ed road map, the SAP mod­ern­iza­tion pro­gram. The pro­gram extends over four years and will pro­vide sig­nif­i­cant ben­e­fits in areas includ­ing finan­cial health, inno­va­tions, mod­ern­iza­tion, and process standardization.
