SAP PM Screens are infamous for being overwhelming. The technicians maintaining plant equipment and the operating staff find it very difficult to record their work onto SAP.The presentation will showcase how implementing Personas made the use of SAP much simplified/optimized for these two user groups at Rust-Oleum and also outline lessons learned.
