Required Materials: Please be sure to bring your own personal laptop in order to participate in the CodeJam for both Tracks. 

Parking Information: Please plan to park in the Kenton Drive Garage, which is located directly across from the first-floor entrance of the Student Union where the event is taking place. When you pull up to the garage entrance, you will press the button on the kiosk to get a ticket; when you leave you will insert the ticket in the kiosk either when you walk into the garage or as you pull up to the exit and pay via credit/debit card. The current garage fee is $9.25.The Kenton Drive Parking Garage and Student Union can be seen in the below image.

Track 1: Data and Analytics

SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud Hands-on
This session will provide a hands-on look at SAP Datasphere with special focus on the roadmap for SAP BW customers and SAP Statement of Direction leading to SAP Datasphere. This session will discuss the easy data acquisition and interaction with non-SAP data in SAP Datasphere. We’ll also review recent developments in SAP Analytics Cloud which is the native BI, Planning and Predictive visualization tool for SAP Datasphere and SAP BW customers. This session will provide hands-on review of Data acquisition and Data Modeling in Datasphere with related visualization in SAP Analytics Cloud. We’ll also take a bit deeper dive into SAP Analytics Cloud with advanced options for visualization and data integration on the BI side as well.

Track 2: Application Development and Automation

This hands-on session introduces attendees to ABAP Cloud, the SAP Business Technology Platform ABAP Environment, aka Steampunk and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model. Learn how to use proven and new technologies, such as Core Data Services (CDS) and behavior definition and implementation languages, to build SAP Fiori apps and OData services with the SAP BTP, ABAP Environment. In this hands-on experience, developers will create their first ABAP applications in the SAP BTP, ABAP Environment, expose and consume services via HTTP, and explore the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model.
