As we leave 2022 behind and kick off 2023, we ask what SAP cus­tomers are think­ing. Once again, we have the answers. And we show that through the release of our ASUG 2023 Pulse of the SAP Cus­tomer research finding.

We sought crit­i­cal pieces of infor­ma­tion from our mem­bers in North Amer­i­ca. Their infor­ma­tion helped us cre­ate a pic­ture of the SAP cus­tomer base’s state for the sixth year in a row: We looked at their atti­tudes and pref­er­ences, suc­cess­es and chal­lenges as well as their thoughts and plans on vital SAP tech­nol­o­gy deci­sions. We com­pare his­toric data trends to reveal indus­try insights that matter.
