This ASUG Women Con­nect dis­cus­sion focus­es on the expe­ri­ences and per­spec­tives of women work­ing in the cyber­se­cu­ri­ty indus­try. The pan­el will bring togeth­er experts from diverse back­grounds to dis­cuss the chal­lenges and oppor­tu­ni­ties faced by women in this dynam­ic and com­plex field.

The dis­cus­sion will cov­er a range of top­ics, includ­ing the jour­ney of the pan­elists work­ing in cyber­se­cu­ri­ty, the obsta­cles they have faced, and the strate­gies they have used to over­come these obsta­cles. Pan­elists will also dis­cuss the impor­tance and the ben­e­fits of hav­ing a more gen­der-bal­anced workforce.
