For many SAP cus­tomers, SAP S/4HANA tran­si­tion pro­grams from ECC start with a debate on how to approach the pro­gram and what options to con­sid­er. All suc­cess­ful pro­grams share a sim­i­lar set of process­es and pro­ce­dures, or method­ol­o­gy, for stay­ing on track and on bud­get.
