Providing a platform for customers in the SAP ecosystem to come together, learn from one another, and share their experiences, the ASUG Chapter events offer a unique opportunity for members to make their voices heard and connect with their peers.

From showcasing SAP success stories to discussing the various implementation challenges they have overcome, Chapter events are all about fostering a technology community and empowering current and future IT leaders, through an array of networking sessions and customer panel discussions. Consider, for example, the June Chicago Chapter meeting, where Walgreens Boots Alliance–a 2023 SAP Innovation Award winner–recently shared their 18-month journey with scan-based trading and inspired attendees with their story of improvement, teamwork, and innovation.

With many upcoming Chapter events this fall, ASUG members can seize the opportunity to present their experiences and contribute to the collective knowledge of the SAP community.

The Power of Sharing

Sharing success stories and challenges encountered along the way is not just about celebrating your own achievements. It's also about learning from the journeys of others. When individuals and organizations come forward to share their experiences, the entire community benefits from their lessons learned, best practices, and innovative solutions. The ASUG Chapter events provide an ideal platform for this exchange of knowledge, fostering a collaborative environment that drives growth and success for all participants.

Presenting an SAP Success Story

If you or your organization have achieved notable success through an SAP technology implementation, we want you to showcase your accomplishments at an ASUG Chapter meeting. Consider sharing how you leveraged SAP solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, enhance customer experiences, achieve significant cost savings, or unlock innovation of another kind. By sharing your journey with peers, you will not only gain recognition for your achievements but also inspire others to push their limits and explore new possibilities for the future of their businesses.

Presenting a Challenge and What Was Required to Overcome It

Challenges are an unavoidable aspect of any SAP implementation or transformation journey. If your organization has faced and overcome significant obstacles, your experience will be invaluable to others facing similar situations. Whether your business faced a complex technical issue, a change management hurdle, or a process optimization challenge, sharing the strategies and solutions you employed can empower others to tackle their own obstacles with confidence.

Partner Presentations

Are you a partner member of ASUG with a product or solution that could help other ASUG members in the SAP ecosystem? We would like to hear from you too! Sponsorship opportunities are available at the Chapter events to showcase how you can help ASUG members get the most out of their SAP investments. The best partner presentations lead with customer success stories and demonstrate how attendees stand to benefit from your product or solution.
