ASUG will identify you as an “expert” or a “knowledge seeker.” An expert is a member who is already on their SAP S/4HANA adoption journey so can help support a peer seeking support with common challenges such as determining the best approach for your organization or developing a business case. After submissions are processed, ASUG will connect relevant experts with knowledge seeking peers via email and/or a phone call to help facilitate productive conversations.

ASUG MemberLink is designed for business and technology leaders responsible for mapping, developing, and delivering their organization’s SAP S/4HANA implementation. SAP customers will have priority to participate. As we expand on this offering in the future, the focus will extend to other SAP platforms and key challenges.

An ASUG employee will review and validate your submission, confirm your availability, and link you to your best match.

We intend to connect you with someone as soon as possible, but it is dependent on our ability to find a member who can address your unique challenge. However, irrespective if you are matched or not, you will hear from us with next steps within two to five business days.
