In today’s technology landscape, predictive and generative AI are at the forefront of innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite. However, to capitalize on these functionalities (skills matching, learning recommendations, etc.), robust HR data is needed.

In this session, we will discuss how SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and integrated features can become an essential building block in creating and building HR data for the hire-to-retire business process, while creating a seamless user experience.

  • Discuss the differences between using minimal data vs. rich data for predictive AI features (ex: learning recommendations).
  • Explore how Job Profile Builder, Position Management, and other tools can be used with Recruiting can be leveraged for data population & efficiency.
  • Discuss how automation and generative AI can help fill in gaps where data is missing
