Do you have enough HR data for AI?

In today’s tech­nol­o­gy land­scape, pre­dic­tive and gen­er­a­tive AI are at the fore­front of inno­va­tions with­in the SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors HCM suite. How­ev­er, to cap­i­tal­ize on these func­tion­al­i­ties (skills match­ing, learn­ing rec­om­men­da­tions, etc.), robust HR data is needed.

In this ses­sion, we will dis­cuss how SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors Recruit­ing and inte­grat­ed fea­tures can become an essen­tial build­ing block in cre­at­ing and build­ing HR data for the hire-to-retire busi­ness process, while cre­at­ing a seam­less user experience.

• Dis­cuss the dif­fer­ences between using min­i­mal data vs. rich data for pre­dic­tive AI fea­tures (ex: learn­ing recommendations).
• Explore how Job Pro­file Builder, Posi­tion Man­age­ment, and oth­er tools can be used with Recruit­ing can be lever­aged for data pop­u­la­tion & efficiency.
• Dis­cuss how automa­tion and gen­er­a­tive AI can help fill in gaps where data is missing
