The Orange Coun­ty Pub­lic Schools (OCPS) have cre­at­ed a solu­tion to deliv­er 1095 forms to employ­ees elec­tron­i­cal­ly through its employ­ee self-ser­vice por­tal. Join us as Senior Busi­ness Ana­lyst at OCPS Alex Manoni dis­cuss­es how the solu­tion was built, the func­tion­al and tech­ni­cal spec­i­fi­ca­tions for the solu­tion, and how deliv­ery is achieved through SAP’s Employ­ee Self-Ser­vice Platform. 

This inter­ac­tive ses­sion on Tues­day, April 5, at 1 p.m. ET/12 p.m. CT, will fea­ture a dis­cus­sion on: 

• Why OCPS decid­ed to build a solu­tion for online 1095 forms 

• The func­tion­al and tech­ni­cal spec­i­fi­ca­tions that OCPS gath­ered for its solution 

• How OCPS deliv­ers online 1095s to its employees 

• How to engage with oth­er orga­ni­za­tions on their 1095 solutions 

This hour-long call will occur on Zoom with the fol­low­ing format: 

• A brief intro­duc­tion and wel­come from ASUG and the ASUG volunteers 

• A hot-top­ic dis­cus­sion led by ASUG mem­bers Cindy Seaburn from Duval Coun­ty Schools and Alex Manoni from OCPS 

• A Q&A with facil­i­ta­tors and fel­low event attendees 

• An open dis­cus­sion and active exchange of ideas, tips, tricks, and solutions
