The Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) have created a solution to deliver 1095 forms to employees electronically through its employee self-service portal. Join us as Senior Business Analyst at OCPS Alex Manoni discusses how the solution was built, the functional and technical specifications for the solution, and how delivery is achieved through SAP’s Employee Self-Service Platform. 

This interactive session on Tuesday, April 5, at 1 p.m. ET/12 p.m. CT, will feature a discussion on:     

  • Why OCPS decided to build a solution for online 1095 forms 

  • The functional and technical specifications that OCPS gathered for its solution 

  • How OCPS delivers online 1095s to its employees 

  • How to engage with other organizations on their 1095 solutions 

This hour-long call will occur on Zoom with the following format:    

  • A brief introduction and welcome from ASUG and the ASUG volunteers 

  • A hot-topic discussion led by ASUG members Cindy Seaburn from Duval County Schools and Alex Manoni from OCPS 

  • A Q&A with facilitators and fellow event attendees    

  • An open discussion and active exchange of ideas, tips, tricks, and solutions
