A utility’s perspective on planning, developing, and implementing MOC to analyze utility impacts to natural and cultural resources providing automated decision-making, including integration of GIS data, for over 20,000 projects annually. The presentation will cover drivers for transforming the utility’s environmental review process to an automated system, lessons learned, and plans for further enhancements to broaden its application across multiple environmental resource areas and utility business lines.
