This meet­ing is meant to be a friend­ly plat­form, and dur­ing the call we’ll learn how Ingalls Ship­build­ing used SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors and oth­er HCM-relat­ed data in its response to the COVID-19 pan­dem­ic. Deemed an essen­tial work­force with lim­it­ed abil­i­ty to work from home, the team at Ingalls Ship­build­ing used a vari­ety of data from dif­fer­ent sys­tems to inform deci­sion-mak­ers on sig­nif­i­cant process and pol­i­cy shifts.
