Join the ASUG Alabama Chapter for a virtual conversation with Edward G. Hager, from Ingalls Shipbuilding. The goal of this interactive call is to reconnect you with your fellow ASUG peers that you may have not seen since 2019 and share your experiences. This call is open to all ASUG members.

This meeting is meant to be a friendly platform, and during the call we’ll learn how Ingalls Shipbuilding used SAP SuccessFactors and other HCM-related data in its response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Deemed an essential workforce with limited ability to work from home, the team at Ingalls Shipbuilding used a variety of data from different systems to inform decision-makers on significant process and policy shifts.
