With the release of SAP Busi­ness One 9.3 PL04 , SAP intro­duced a new Mobile Ser­vice App for SAP Busi­ness One pow­ered by SAP HANA.  Join this ses­sion for an out­line of the steps to con­fig­ure and a detailed demon­stra­tion of the SAP Mobile Ser­vice app. This app, which is includ­ed with your exist­ing Pro­fes­sion­al or Lim­it­ed license, will allow your remote ser­vice tech­ni­cians to pro­vide on-site ser­vices for cus­tomers by eas­i­ly and effi­cient­ly review­ing and resolv­ing assigned ser­vice tick­ets.
