With the release of SAP Business One 9.3 PL04 , SAP introduced a new Mobile Service App for SAP Business One powered by SAP HANA.  Join this session for an outline of the steps to configure and a detailed demonstration of the SAP Mobile Service app. This app, which is included with your existing Professional or Limited license, will allow your remote service technicians to provide on-site services for customers by easily and efficiently reviewing and resolving assigned service tickets.

This session is part of our monthly webcast series throughout 2018, exploring a theme (or two) from all perspectives of the SAP Business One ecosystem. Insights from SAP will typically occur on the third Thursday of each month, building off the tips, tricks, and customer stories earlier in the month.
