The city of Chica­go has run SAP Busi­nes­sOb­jects since 2000 (5X,6X, XI R2, 3.1, 4.2). SAP Busi­ness Objects is the pri­ma­ry report­ing tool for the city of Chica­go (e.g., 311,911, police, fire, W2s, POs, invoic­es), with 1500 users and 800 reports sched­uled dai­ly. The city of Chica­go uses GB&Smith 360Suite dai­ly for audit­ing, secu­ri­ty admin­is­tra­tion, dis­as­ter and recov­ery, incre­men­tal back­up, envi­ron­ment clean-up and impact analysis.
