What is the State of Your BI/​Analytics?

This ses­sion will help you look at your cur­rent BI / Ana­lyt­ics envi­ron­ments from mul­ti­ple per­spec­tives: tech­nol­o­gy, data, tools, skills and use cas­es. We will iden­ti­fy what Lead­ers are doing in each of these areas and how that impacts their orga­ni­za­tions, their users — and their top / bot­tom line. Know­ing what lead­ers look like we will then help you assess where your orga­ni­za­tion sits on the spec­trum and what are the impacts — both pos­i­tive and (poten­tial­ly) neg­a­tive. We will then dis­cuss the steps that your orga­ni­za­tion can take to progress and gain the ben­e­fits of leadership.
