The pan­dem­ic high­light­ed the com­plex­i­ty of glob­al sup­ply chains, thus expos­ing the lack of end-to-end vis­i­bil­i­ty. This lack of flu­id­i­ty and trans­paren­cy has caused sig­nif­i­cant dis­rup­tion in how orga­ni­za­tions approach enter­prise-wide sup­ply chain management. 

This ses­sion looks at how the move to dig­i­tal can help increase sup­ply chain resilien­cy — with­out com­pro­mis­ing the inher­ent effi­cien­cies of glob­al trade — and the steps need­ed to start that process.
