Learn how the SAP sup­port team from Duval Schools cre­at­ed new leave types for Employ­ee Self Ser­vice (ESS) and wage types to help track emer­gency leave requests based on the new CARES Act. The team com­plet­ed this project with­in 12 days, pri­or to the April 1 effec­tive date. The team will dis­cuss how we com­plet­ed the sev­en wage types and two absence types to keep up with employ­ee emer­gency leave.
