CARES Act and Emergency Leave: Duval Schools Rapidly Supports Requirements

This content was presented during the Employee Experience and Human Resources track of ASUGFORWARD.

Learn how the SAP support team from Duval Schools created new leave types for Employee Self Service (ESS) and wage types to help track emergency leave requests based on the new CARES Act. The team completed this project within 12 days, prior to the April 1 effective date. The team will discuss how we completed the seven wage types and two absence types to keep up with employee emergency leave.
