Albe­mar­le Cor­po­ra­tion knew that in order to keep up with such fast-paced envi­ron­ment, they had to devel­op and imple­ment a struc­tured and sus­tain­able S&OP process enabled by a con­sis­tent toolset across all glob­al busi­ness units.   With sup­port from SAP and their part­ner, Intri­go, they deployed and pro­vid­ed glob­al sup­port for a Sup­ply Chain Trans­for­ma­tion Project that includ­ed rolling out SAP S&OP on HANA.  This deliv­ered solu­tion addressed the chal­lenges of gran­u­lar data vs. reli­able plan out­puts, while also ensur­ing long term sus­tain­abil­i­ty and suc­cess.  This webi­nar will sum­ma­rize their deploy­ment and describe how this solu­tion solid­i­fied Albemarle’s S&OP process by build­ing out a reli­able and extend­able Sup­ply Demand Bal­anc­ing component..
