Dr. Marko Lange is solu­tion man­ag­er at SAP SE and in that role respon­si­ble for com­pli­ance, PLM and sus­tain­abil­i­ty solu­tions for the chem­i­cal indus­try. He is also in charge of man­ag­ing SAP S/4 HANA Chem­i­cals and Pre­ci­sion Farm­ing solu­tions for Agro­chem­i­cal companies

With indus­try expe­ri­ence made at for­mer Life Sci­ence Com­pa­ny Scher­ing and Cos­met­ics mak­er Beiers­dorf he joined SAP in 2000 tak­ing over var­i­ous roles around SAP solu­tions for chem­i­cal and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal com­pa­nies such as Pre­sales Con­sul­tant for E‑Business solu­tions in Process Indus­tries and Mar­ket Devel­op­ment of SAP for Life Sci­ences with spe­cial empha­sis on SAP Netweaver and R&D solutions.

Dr. Marko Lange stud­ied indus­tri­al engi­neer­ing spe­cial­iz­ing in chem­i­cal tech­nol­o­gy at Berlin Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty and worked as research asso­ciate for chem­i­cal and phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion at Mannheim Uni­ver­si­ty receiv­ing his PhD for a doc­tor­al the­sis about man­age­r­i­al account­ing in the chem­i­cal industry.
