HR: Designing Diversity and Inclusion: Leveraging Technology to Drive Equity at Work
Hosted by: Human Resources Community
Companies are under significant media, customer, and shareholder scrutiny lately for failing to provide equal access to opportunities and rewards for all members of the workforce. Despite research findings that workforce diversity is good for the bottom line, companies continue to struggle to attract and retain diverse employees. Although workforce analytics solutions have enabled business leaders to identify and track inequities like never before, they remain unsure about what to do next to resolve the inequities they find. In this webinar we discuss the key talent decision points that enable or impede workforce diversity, noting how technology can be applied toward data-driven decision-making in a way that reduces bias and promotes equitable access for all members of the workforce.
