This ses­sion will include:

Under­stand­ing hot top­ics from recent Con­fer­ences like Rev­enue Pro­tec­tion and Field Ser­vices, Billing and Pay­ment, Cus­tomer Assis­tance and more.

Our objec­tives for you as a Task Force attendee:

  • Par­tic­i­pate live dur­ing the event by unmut­ing your mic, turn­ing on your video, or shar­ing in the Zoom chat feature.

  • Acquire new ideas for real-world solutions. 
  • Make a last­ing new indus­try connection.
