Ms. Costa’s expe­ri­ence is mul­ti-faceted. She has been a client of SAP® Suc­cess­Fac­tors® Tal­ent Man­age­ment Suite, led the solu­tions con­sult­ing and imple­men­ta­tion ser­vices at Salary​.com, held sev­er­al com­pen­sa­tion func­tion man­age­ment roles and was appoint­ed and served as the Co-chair of the Mass­a­chu­setts Advi­so­ry Board on Com­pen­sa­tion for Elect­ed Offi­cials. Most recent­ly she was the Senior Direc­tor, Com­pen­sa­tion at CVS Health. Ms. Cos­ta holds Worl­dat­Work cer­ti­fi­ca­tions as a CCP and GRP.
