She is a senior finance leader and strate­gic busi­ness advi­sor with a con­sis­tent record of achiev­ing finan­cial tar­gets, grow­ing rev­enue and NOI, col­lab­o­rat­ing effec­tive­ly with busi­ness part­ners in a matrix envi­ron­ment, and lead­ing large scale orga­ni­za­tion­al change as evi­denced by her suc­cess at com­pa­nies like ADP, Unilever and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Paul Toen­jes — SVP of IT Prac­tices and Man­aged Services 

Paul Toen­jes is respon­si­ble for guid­ing the company’s glob­al strat­e­gy focused on busi­ness devel­op­ment, sales, part­ner­ship sup­port and solu­tions deliv­ery. His exten­sive expe­ri­ence in exec­u­tive and IT lead­er­ship roles, along­side a deep tech­ni­cal knowl­edge of cloud com­put­ing and cloud plat­forms, SaaS, Inter­net \ E‑commerce, mobil­i­ty, IoT (Inter­net of Things) and main­frame sys­tems, Toen­jes brings unpar­al­leled val­ue to the Vision­IT exec­u­tive man­age­ment team.

In his role, Toen­jes ensures clients receive high val­ue, inno­v­a­tive tech­ni­cal and work­force solu­tions to dri­ve high­er lev­els of per­for­mance and suc­cess. He is also vital to grow­ing the Vision­IT busi­ness, lead­ing aggres­sive growth ini­tia­tives and iden­ti­fy­ing busi­ness devel­op­ment strate­gies to attain new client part­ner­ships for the con­sult­ing and man­aged ser­vices business.

Toen­jes is a rec­og­nized and respect­ed leader in the IT com­mu­ni­ty whose esteemed career spans over 30 years in tech­nol­o­gy, exec­u­tive sales and IT lead­er­ship roles. Before join­ing Vision­IT, Toen­jes led sev­er­al ini­tia­tives for mid-size to glob­al For­tune 500 com­pa­nies as part of Com­puware and their spin­off com­pa­ny – Cov­isint. Dur­ing his tenure, Toen­jes estab­lished an e‑Commerce line of busi­ness com­prised of more than 300 staff and four Dig­i­tal Devel­op­ment Cen­ters, and cre­at­ed health­care-focused solu­tions by tak­ing the Cov­isint auto­mo­tive inter­op­er­abil­i­ty plat­form into the health­care industry.
