Amy Wil­son joined SAP Suc­cess­Fac­tors as Head of Prod­uct almost 6 months ago. The Prod­uct Team con­sists of Prod­uct Strat­e­gy, Man­age­ment, User Expe­ri­ence Design and Prod­uct Marketing.

Amy was most recent­ly with Work­day where she led Prod­uct, includ­ing prod­uct strat­e­gy and prod­uct man­age­ment, for the HCM solu­tions. Pri­or to Work­day, Amy was Vice Pres­i­dent and Prin­ci­pal Ana­lyst, Peo­ple Man­age­ment tech­nolo­gies at Con­stel­la­tion Research Group. Before Con­stel­la­tion, Amy led the team respon­si­ble for the Ora­cle Human Cap­i­tal Man­age­ment Cloud tal­ent applications.

Amy believes in lead­ing from behind, sup­port­ing and cel­e­brat­ing the suc­cess of those around her.  Her phi­los­o­phy is sim­ple – we col­lab­o­rate, we act with trans­paren­cy, we are one team with one set of pri­or­i­ties we man­age togeth­er always lis­ten­ing to our customers.

Amy, her hus­band and 11-year old son live in the San Fran­cis­co Bay Area. She is an avid trav­el­er, run­ner, and hik­er. She is com­mit­ted to improv­ing the play­ing field for women and under-rep­re­sent­ed groups in busi­ness, evi­denced by her pas­sion for giv­ing back through men­tor­ing and involve­ment in com­mu­ni­ty projects like seed fund­ing. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in eco­nom­ics from Cor­nell Uni­ver­si­ty with con­cen­tra­tions in math­e­mat­ics, com­put­er sci­ence and psychology.
