Amy Wilson joined SAP SuccessFactors as Head of Product almost 6 months ago. The Product Team consists of Product Strategy, Management, User Experience Design and Product Marketing.

Amy was most recently with Workday where she led Product, including product strategy and product management, for the HCM solutions. Prior to Workday, Amy was Vice President and Principal Analyst, People Management technologies at Constellation Research Group. Before Constellation, Amy led the team responsible for the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud talent applications.

Amy believes in leading from behind, supporting and celebrating the success of those around her.  Her philosophy is simple – we collaborate, we act with transparency, we are one team with one set of priorities we manage together always listening to our customers.

Amy, her husband and 11-year old son live in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is an avid traveler, runner, and hiker. She is committed to improving the playing field for women and under-represented groups in business, evidenced by her passion for giving back through mentoring and involvement in community projects like seed funding. Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University with concentrations in mathematics, computer science and psychology.
