Michael Friedrich is chief product owner of and responsible for SAP’s platform security products, including the SAP Identity Management component, the SAP Single Sign-On application, the SAP Cloud Identity service, the SAP Enterprise Threat Detection application, and SAP NetWeaver Application Server, add-on for code vulnerability analysis.
Friedrich joined SAP in 1998 and has held various positions in the security development area. He began as a software developer and then took on management and program responsibilities for various areas within SAP’s Security Development organization.
He holds a master’s degree in computer science with emphasis on cryptography and compiler technology from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.
