Util­i­ties of all sizes are feel­ing pres­sure from cus­tomers, share­hold­ers, advo­ca­cy groups, law­mak­ers, and reg­u­la­tors. As a result,they must con­sid­er future tech­nolo­gies and plat­forms, while main­tain­ing core busi­ness func­tions from oper­a­tions, sup­ply chain and asset man­age­ment, finance, work­force man­age­ment, and cus­tomer experience.
