Presenter: Michael Lipton, Lead,  Digital Supply Chain Solution Architecture, SAP

Presenter Bio:

Mr. Lipton joined SAP in 1998.   His current role is Lead, Supply Chain Solution Architecture within Supply Chain Solution Management.     Prior roles at SAP include Director for Serialization and RFID, and Director of Supply Chain Business Consulting.

Mr. Lipton has over 30 years of experience in supply chain management consulting and solutions development.  Prior to SAP, he held leadership positions with leading supply chain management solution providers, and he was a founder and principal of the ITP Group, where he led product development in the area of supply chain and factory automation systems.   Prior to ITP, Mr. Lipton was in the high tech industry, in the areas of planning, manufacturing, and distribution.

Mr. Lipton holds a Master of Science degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from MIT.
