Think Tank Insights:

  • Change management in their implementation across 56 different plants was a major hurdle. This meant there were 56 different teams, each with a different manager that was used to a current “process”

  • Complexity: they required outside help and third party assistance. According to Sanjay it is very helpful to have someone with MII expertise involved in such a project.

  • Downtime reporting of machinery is a very important and also presented a challenge during this project because of the number of plants they operate; 56 different sites.
