| When the pandemic hit the U.S., Gulf States Toyota (GST), and Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) had to quickly adopt a work-from-home strategy to keep their business and transformation programs on track. GST was in its pre-flight (pre-project) phase, and MMNA was starting integration testing.
