When the pan­dem­ic hit the U.S., Gulf States Toy­ota (GST), and Mit­subishi Motors North Amer­i­ca (MMNA) had to quick­ly adopt a work-from-home strat­e­gy to keep their busi­ness and trans­for­ma­tion pro­grams on track. GST was in its pre-flight (pre-project) phase, and MMNA was start­ing inte­gra­tion test­ing. The two pan­elists will share their sto­ries of how they adapt­ed to work from home, high­light tips and chal­lenges, and dis­cuss the out­come after sev­en months of work­ing remotely.
