We are look­ing to gen­er­ate inter­est and dia­logue to design (and poten­tial­ly build) new process­es for project close­out, instru­ment­ed using SAP Intel­li­gent RPA. Those who are project man­agers, port­fo­lio man­agers, project busi­ness ana­lysts, process design ana­lysts, project finan­cial ana­lysts, and PPM part­ners should attend this call. 

Our goal is to iden­ti­fy com­pa­nies and part­ners to col­lab­o­rate with to cre­ate the ​“per­fect” RPA bots and process­es for project closures. 

But why is suc­cess­ful and time­ly project close­out so difficult? 

• Projects are often delayed and not placed in ser­vice when planned for a vari­ety of rea­sons, but our focus will be on project closeout. 

• Premise: Iden­ti­fy­ing and com­mu­ni­cat­ing when a project real­ly is closed or in ser­vice requires a rethink and redesign of cur­rent practices.

• Top­ics for future meet­ings (dis­cus­sion)
