The SAP Help Por­tal has been an impor­tant resource for cus­tomers for many years, and has amassed a huge wealth of infor­ma­tion over time. The site has under­gone a com­plete redesign aimed at mak­ing the it eas­i­er to nav­i­gate and find con­tent, mark­ing a shift toward design and usabil­i­ty in the user assis­tance area. Our experts will give you an intro­duc­tion to the new site and give you tips on nav­i­gat­ing and find­ing content.

Christo­pher Gial­lore­to– Over 11 years expe­ri­ence in SAP User Assis­tance, over half of which spent focus­ing on train­ing and project man­age­ment around mul­ti­me­dia pro­duc­tion. Joined the team work­ing on the new SAP Help Por­tal and its infra­struc­ture, and have since tak­en an active com­mu­ni­ca­tion role regard­ing the site and its fea­tures. Grad­u­at­ed with a degree in Edu­ca­tion in Illinois/​USA in 2005 before join­ing SAP.
