As Multi­na­tion­als con­tin­ue to pur­sue mar­ket oppor­tu­ni­ties in Latin Amer­i­ca, they are
expe­ri­enc­ing imple­men­ta­tion chal­lenges AND oper­a­tional risks due to constantly
